Vaccination Policy

Prior to attending Puppy Start Right Preschool Sociables

We require these minimum health and vaccine requirements listed below plus 

a physical examination by a veterinarian. 

Proof of  vaccination is required and may be submitted via email after registering.

Vaccines and De-Worming 

1. At least one Distemper-Adenovirus 2-Parvo (DAP) vaccine or equivalent administered by a veterinarian a minimum of 10 days prior to starting class.

2. Bordetella vaccine or equivalent administered by a veterinarian a minimum of 7 days prior to starting class.

3. Proactive de-worming 

 

Other considerations to keep in mind before attending class: 

• Puppy should be healthy 

• No vomiting or diarrhea 

• Bright and alert 

• Free of any coughing, sneezing, or nasal or eye discharge (yellow or green discharge) 

• Free of skin lesions or hair loss 

• Puppy should be free of fleas 

• Your veterinarian considers your puppy healthy and free of any contagious diseases
